Squad devs have mentioned in their discord that the best cpus are AMD X3D models that "brute force performance" with large L3 cache, Virsus.exe had mentioned that.
Other way to make the game look better to increase the resolution scale, more pixel density, or using VSR enabled resolutions through your GPU control panel and run the game upwards of 1440p. using epic AA x16 and use sharpening slider to lessen the temporal aa blur.
I dont want to be that guy, but I legit changed my monitor recently to a curved 2560x1440 and on the same settings it really does make a difference with how much better the in game visuals look (i know its sounds obvious but read rest).
Not saying you must buy a new monitor for this game to look good its probably something else, but im revisiting alot of older games I thought had ok graphics and going back now with a decent monitor I didnt realize what I was missing out on.
