Unskippable cutscene then black screen,

It might be because of galactic contention but I really don't know why as I haven't activated it in game yet, Any other issues that could cause this. (new to squad)

same, i was playing last night and all last week fine with the update, went to play this morning and the when it hits the cutscene it goes unresponsive, then blackscreens after it. No clue why

EDIT:

POTENTIAL FIX: Verify the file integrity via game properties (on steam) and then make sure you have enough space for the update. Had the exact same issue ^. Turns out I just needed to make some space.

FIXED, I removed the 2 mods I had installed and freed up space on my pc. Let me know if it works for yall.
