CS if you want to drink a bunch of coffee and adrenaline rush in short 90 second bursts while flicking your wrist extremely accurately,

Squad if you want to sit back in your recliner and have a good time with your bros on voice chat and blow up the enemy

Sadly no proning in CS2 which is the key element of ICO. Peak Squad is now neither side attacking because of ICO.

Been noticing this quite a bit now as well. Think its mostly down to the sales. Most SL's I've been seeing are newbies who haven't got a good feel for how the game is played. They just default to whatever is easiest. An attack requires them to get some sort of transport, probably set up a FOB, etc., where defending only requires them to spawn on whatever defense HAB that is set up already.

When the by far most important aspect for you in Squad is gunplay that makes it easier to run and gun its probably better for everyone involved if you go play a game like CS2, yes.
