Low fps on squad

Hello guys my build is i7/8700 4.3 ghz with gtx 1080 rog strix 16gb ram 2400mhz
Recently in squad no matter what graphics u put low/medium/ high/epic i get a solid 80+ fps but ehen u scope or in a fight it drops to 40 and its really annoying really and this is my fav game and dont say money i dont really afford for an upgrade is there any tweak or something to play better ? Or just delete the game ?

Its ddr4 but the thing is that alor of games higher than squad i get arround solid 100 fps with no spikes why only squad ? I tried reinstall ot verify files everything but still the same since this stupid update 7.1

The game requires a high-end CPU to reach high and stable FPS. The i7-8700 isn't enough for squad. In your case, your RAM might also be a bottleneck but I'm not sure about that.

Sadly the only advise I can give is, upgrade your pc. I doubt we're gonna get those optimisations we've been asking for anytime soon.

Before the update 7.1 i was reaching 100 fps and in massive combat 70 fps what happened why they ruined the game

Dude if u open msi afterburner u will see that the game is not using cpu as it use gpu in my case the game is using 36% of cpu and 99% gpu and the ram 9gb and if u see the recomended specs my pc will run it fine

which is assuming they can even easily fix it in the first place..., i guess they could just go back to 80 player servers and performance would be significantly better at once.

they could also get rid of the forced minimum shadows and foliage, but that was made to have an halfway level playing field and not have ppl lowering settings to see enemies better...

There are probably a few ways they could instantly improve performance, but they all come with a price.

No matter what settings (low, medium, high, epic) you use, the game will always run poorly because devs are human trash who don't care about optimization. The solution is: Ryzen 5800x3D, 7800x3D, Intel 13600k, 13700/k or 13900/k. (A US$5K+ Computer)

Not even the fu***cking 13400 with 3070ti and 32gb RAM can run this game.

Its really disaponting i really hated the game after this and the dev team doesnt seems to care
