Mute intro or skip ?

Can we mute the intro logo or skip it ? its too loud plz

Go to the folder where squad is installed and then navigate to /SquadGame/Content/Movies

Removing the .mp4 files should remove all intro and tutorial movies. It'll load straight into the main menu next time you start squad.

You'll need to do this again everytime you verify, reinstall or update the game.

If you do this, initial loading of the game may seem a little longer than before (from clicking PLAY on steam to loading into main menu), because the game already pre-loads stuff when playing the intro movie.

This trick works for most Unreal Engine games, just check if there are files in the .../Content/Movies folder and remove them.

Just don't do a verify, otherwise you'll be stuck waiting for Steam to 'fix' that there are files missing from your install and attempts to download them again.

if only squad was one of those games that didn't need to be verified every now and then :\

sorry, we need to make sure all players understand that they have to work together. that's why this game has gotten ridiculous over the last year, and it has nothing at all to do with the ICO. if you say the ICO made the game worse, you're just a hater!
