Can others see custom weapon skins in game?

The better question is will anyone notice? Someone pointed out his camo to the squad, hadn't realized it was different until the dude was asking everyone about his gun camo. Waste of money.

Camouflage isn't suppose to be noticeable

A couple of the desert and woodland ones have saved some of our squad lives in more than one instance

Wish they'd fix the Veterans'/Reward skins, out of principle, just so they're actually available for everything they should be i.e. TLF etc.

So you are telling me you have an actual instance of gun skins being P2W? As much as I love beating up on OWI since ICO I can't believe the skins were effective in camping.
