Bought weapon skins not working in Multiplayer?

So I just bought the woodland camo pack, and I tested in in singleplayer (by starting in the training range, setting next map to Yehorivka in console command) and it worked, I could see the camo on my weapon.

But I tried to join multiplayer servers and for example, on Yehorivka (I also played Manic, Narva, etc., I don't know if the camo applies on those maps) I couldn't see the skin on my weapons (by testing it with the same factions, and even layer versions, of course).

My question is: why? Why in singleplayer I can see the skins that I paid for but in a multiplayer server not?

Is there some kind of option that servers may have about "disabling weapon skins"? Or why does it not work exactly? Also, what is even the point of selling weapon skins if you can't even see them when playing in multiplayer servers?

Make sure they are applied to all factions you can in the customization menu. Even then its limited by the map (cant remember which ones it will work on) and faction. So youll get Green m4, but it wont apply to M16s.

I tested it on the same map, faction, weapons and layer version. In a local server it worked, on a multiplayer server it didn't.

You have to enable the skins in the settings menu BEFORE joining a game, its multiple weapons, per faction,

Dude, you probably think I am stupid since you are explaining this to me, but let me tell you this:
If I didn't do something right, then why DO THE SKINS WORK ON A LOCAL SERVER BUT NOT ON MULTIPLAYER SERVERS? HM?
Do you even own any of these skin packs? Can you say that the work for you? Look at the reviews on those skin packs on the Steam Store as well, there are also other people complaining about this issue.

If there were complaints on the skins that highlighted this type of issue, why did you buy them. That's generally what reviews are for, gauging feedback on the product.

Because I only read them only after finding out that they don't work, I guess expecting a paid product to work is too much..

I've got them and they've worked just fine from day 1. No need to be a ♥♥♥♥ about it. Have fun fixing it on your own.

Yeah I have the same issue no dlc emote or skins work only in single player idk I haven’t seen a way to fix it
