What settings are good?
I can run the game pretty much at max, but I can never see anyone really. What settings should I choose to have better spotting chances?

you can't anymore afaik. When you struggle seeing enemies before they kill you, then you are probably moving too much without real need for it. Observe more, every role either has a scope on the weapon or binoculars.

Increase sharpness it should be in the video settings or just lower your graphics but I don't like to have my game look bad so I just have everything on max and increased sharpness
