"Steam is Currently Offline" EDIT: (ISSUE FOUND, READ DESCRIPTION)

Anyone have a fix for this? Already tried verifying game files. Also tried restarting steam and computer. Seems like this is community-wide and not just my computer. Anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: Hey so figured it out! It's an Epic Games server issue. if you go online and look for their server status, you can see that it's really struggling. i'm sure it'll resolve soon.
