Squad Veterans are just as good as Noobs.

I have been playing squads for 30 hours right now. And i am not much of a gaming person. But i saw a video of squads and i downloaded it and i have mastered the game in 30 hours. And some people simple don't want to agree with me that a 30 hours player can take Commander/Squadleader role and be succesful.

The only task of a squad leader is to build a fob near the cap point . So that other team members can spawn on the FOB and push for the enemy.

Side tasks : Mark artillery strike for commander , distance marks etc... simple tasks. everyone can do this.

The point i am trying to make is that these veterans of squads with 2-3k hours are just as good as a noob with 25 hours. and if not so i challange all the 2-3k players to a 1v1. in squads.

So therefore this game is not based upon skills , and fully based upon wich team has more people willing to actually win the match or not.

At some point people just play for fun. Some people who are really good at the game just wants to chill and are not looking to do everything they can to win. Just because you figured out some mechanics and buttons doesn't actually mean you're some world class gamer. End of the day Squad isn't some Esport game so it doesn't really matter.

If you want to be a good squad leader you need to know how to lead your people. When your teammates needs emotional supports you supposed to give that to your soldier. If you cannot touch your teammates croch how you want to be a good SL.
Thats why i always make squad called "Anal love". After that i command my teammates jump in into logi truck and then we drive straight to enemy main base.
Next map same people join my squad.

I never said that you could not do it; I just said that you cannot surpass experience. It is the same as saying that when you are still a teenager, you have more life experience than someone who is 40.

Can you keep your composure and stay calm under stress?
Can you keep every squad member in check and ensure that they follow every order you give?
Can you create a squad that is cohesive and truly works as a team?
Can you defend while another squad attacks, or do you follow the herd?
Do you build the HAB next to the radio together with some mortars?
Do you listen to what the commander says?
Can you identify all the different weapon sounds, friend or foe?
Is an APC & IFV for solo crewmen, or is it used for mechanized infantry?
Do you need a move-to mark to get the distance for mortars and/or rockets?

That said, I will be staying tuned for a video that covers it all, including a full match on a full server with a bunch of randos. I am not one to shy away from my own faults.

It took all of u 2k hours to realize all those factors of the game , and for me it took 25 hours to fully understand all those factors. THAT WAS LITERALLY MY ARGUMENT. all u guys brought up in the discussion i already knew and most of the 50 hours player also do.

so i have again proved my point for the second time. And i will make a youtube video to fully prove my point to u guys. because sometimes u have to make a full demonstration in a video so that people understand what u mean. And in this situation i think its the best to make a full 10 minute demonstration to show u guys that i am 100% right about this.

Random "Vet" grunts would tell SL where to go, what to do and will complain about how everybody else in the squad are worthless. They don't fold like noobs do, if you can make them to follow you they're much better than noobs, but listening to them advising you on everything is painful.

what i'll be looking for in it :
- how to place a fob and radio (good place not just randoms), or go to other points.
- can you explain every single move you do and why?
- from which direction enemy advancing or what is the best approach to atk point?
- you observe whole map to deduct where will be the best placement for fob?
- you know WHEN is the best time for movement?
- effective communication with other SLs to get info you need and agree/or make good strategy
- you rely correct info to command chat for armor with type and direction of vehicle?
- effective placing markers for ATs or others
- you know how many ppl you need on point for double neutral to take it back?
- you know how effectively find enemy radio using deduction(cant learn that form tutorials) or tools provided?
- you know how to guide your squad members through terrain (and driving skills)
- you know advantage of being not spotted and why sometimes is better to wait instead full rush?
- you know how to keep your squad together and how to do short and effective call-outs?
- place markers and swap FTLs quickly between members without loosing attention to what is going on map or just mark enemy vehicles (how can you if you cant see difference between BTR and scout car or even 30 cal emplacement),
- you know defending and best practices?
- you know difference between mortars atk and crippling barrage and others (and see difference on 1st drop)
- keeping supplies going if needed (and when needed without loosing too much time)
- how to use helis/tanks/apc/ etc to your advantage
- and ofc : how you use each of your squad members abilities and how you communicate with them.
- and ... i'll be looking what obvious things you missed and which you should ignore (this is more advance thing, you choose where to fight and when)
- how fast you can make decisions and action them

and this is only for INF squads - not even mech INF, just plain, we dont talk about armor or operating helis (for which you need same time needed to learn for each type). And why i know you failed already? you dont know how to do other types of SLs, and you need full spectrum to understand gameplay on commander level (not just commander actions but actually guide whole game effectively )

If you cannot answer this quesions for video or make BS then you are wrong. and im pretty sure you wont be able to.
