at first i thought all multiplayer games are excluded. but thats not the case.
then i thought all singleplayer games can be shared, but thats also not the case.
i can only assume but it seems its decided individually and not by rule.
it works or not. thats at least my explonation.
How does it helps if the game runs on cheater's HW?
EAC can do that but it depends on how Dev want to set it up iirc.
Though, for one reason or another, Family Sharing is still being disabled on increasingly larger amount of games from what I see (mostly from people like OP asking for this functionality).
