Previously every faction in the game had some logic why it's here, like US or China. Much more interesting would be to see French or German forces, who at least had seen combat in last 20 years.

fair point, however, with the recent addition of Turkey, its clear thats not exactly the reasoning anymore behind adding new factions

Brazil fought in peacekeeping missions in Haiti; I think it could be considered war.
