Why blame the server hosts and the community for a problem that's instead inherently related to poor video game design? First and foremost you shouldn't even be able to see the map unless you're in an actual squad. Secondly, once you're actually in a squad you shouldn't be able to sit there not spawned in looking at the map for the entire match. Instead the game should be programmed to kick you from the match for inactivity after one minute. Nothing in the game design is stopping anyone from sitting in front of two computers, being on both teams and ghosting.
Agreed.
Another major step forward would be to scrap EAC, which is an absolute worthless anti-cheat, and use something better. Games using EAC for the sole software based anti-cheat measure have a strong correlation with much higher than normal cheat activity. Right now, active and sensible admins are the only defense, and those are few and far between.
