Its a position you would hold your gun when not in combat or in CQC. High-Ready is when you have your gun pointing to the sky, Low-ready is the most common stance where you're just resting your gun pointing downward. One of the emotes for the 3.99 Emote pack is a High-Ready gesture.

Lmaoo, yeah they added a 3.99 pack with like 5 gestures. Its pretty damn lame.

Don't anyone buy that ♥♥♥♥. If its successful it will be the end of the game and their priorities will be microtransactions and they will nickel and dime us until the game dies. THEN SQUAD TWO! But with tencent on the board and this mobile games dude running things, idk if I will buy the sequel .
