Have you tried checking "uncap texture poolsize" in the graphics settings? That may work, but in my experience it only works temporarily. I was in a similar situation as you, I tried all of the fixes suggested, clearing the cache, toggling the uncap texture poolsize, and reinstalling. Unfortunately, nothing ever solved the problem. I ended up upgrading my GPU with Squad being one of the reasons to do so.
If uncap texture poolsize does not work you can look into an external GPU for your laptop. They don't seem to be very cost efficient though and sadly you'd be better off getting a new laptop.
- lowering texture detail in settings;
- checking "low-quality terrain" or whatever it is;
- disabling tesselation (very minor difference if at all, but might help).
Other than these, restarting every 2-3 matches would prevent crashing. I've played with a 2GB card for some time last year (before 3.0, obviously), these did the trick.
