Report a translation problem
When looking through the scoop, it looks like the scope is pasted on top of the weapon and the edges look so thin, it almost seems like it's made of paper. Take a look here please:

The military uses First Focal Plane optics on their specialized rifles, DMRs, and sniper rifles. With a very expensive optics, you shouldn't see too much of the actual rim of the scope. You see this on optics starting at around $1000 USD. It becomes more prevalent when you reach the $2000-$2500 mark. The military will see use of scopes between the $1500-$6000 mark.
