m110 SASS scope looks weird.

The military uses First Focal Plane optics on their specialized rifles, DMRs, and sniper rifles. With a very expensive optics, you shouldn't see too much of the actual rim of the scope. You see this on optics starting at around $1000 USD. It becomes more prevalent when you reach the $2000-$2500 mark. The military will see use of scopes between the $1500-$6000 mark.

I should also note that the m110 scope was said by the devs to be a variant scope. You will be able to switch the magnification. (Not yet implemented). If my memory serves me right, not sure if it is still planned anymore.
