To Server Admins... Why?
I've played on a lot of different servers, and I notice a trend among the admins/host clan. They stick together, which isn't my concern, it is they switch teams every single round. Only playing on the US team. I've noticed this so far on 3 different servers.

The argument will be this

They pay for the server, they can do whatever they like

But yeah, this is a common thing with clans and in-groups
I'm not justifying it, just saying its part of the human condition

That's the biggest issue with Squad.

Servers are owned by individuals or groups that can quite literally do whatever they want. You said something they don't like? Kick, back to the queue. Your squad does to well compared to them? Kick, back to the queue.

And how often does that happen where the person kicked wasn't at fault? Lemme guess, every time? Nah.

Who decides who is at fault?

The admins.

I'd be curious how common this is in general. It might be something that tons of people do but we only notice due to the clan tags.

Licensed server owners must adhere to licensing guidelines. Team stacking is not part of that AFAIK. Unreasonable kicks, bans, and other admin abuse can be challenged if backed by evidence as the server license holders can lose their license for intentionally breaking or ignoring these terms.
