Once again, missing founder skins!

Since the last patch, all my founder skins are once again, gone. The squad leader patch for the uniform aswell the camo weapon skins.
I wanted to post my issue on the official forums, but I always get a server error when trying to connect onto those servers.
Anyone experincing the same issues?

The official forums were taken down, but at the current state it is still being worked on. Try verifying your files, if that doesnt work. You can try the support channel in the discord.

It is still not working for me... Checking the gamefiles did not help...

we can select and use those skins?! i thought they were just teasers sitting in some hidden background menu where no one can interact with or observe them
just like 90% of how this community is being managed
