In game camera cannot move
I can only move my camera left and right but can't move up side down, what's the problem?

You don't have any other controllers or joysticks plugged in do you?

i using mouse and keyboard, mouse only can move left or right but can't move up side down...

Check to see if any other control device is plugged in somewhere.

maybe x or Y accel is active but set on 0 in option ? ("use zoom sensitivity scaling" in setting >game ) it happen to me when I'm using mortar, I need to uncheck to move on left and right
