Manual Breathing

You should have to breath manually, no matter the circumstance. Its unrealistic to breath passively, the player should hear the character breathing audibly. The less stamina you have the louder the breathing. If you keep running even though you are tired and audibly breathing heavy you should fall over and pass out. It should then be a QTE for the medic to save you, you begin going into cardiac arrest. After that you take a huge moral debuff until you see a Marksman, in which case the NEW AND IMPROVED marksman gives you and close by soldiers a buff to stamina and health if you are engaged in a firefight near him.

Coming back to the the manual breathing, the game can use the players microphone and your stance is based on how you manage your breathing. This will put responsibility onto the player to breath IRL accurately and not try to cheat the system. This will balance out how over powered rifle man is to marksman. You wont have rifleman outshooting snipers that have been posted up in a spot for the entire game, for that game winning kill on that one player. Now it will be balanced and no one can argue how useful you really are.

Just saying: I haven't heard about a human being who had to put deliberate effort into breathing. We breathe automatically although we can control it.

The game should also make you hydrate. If you dont take a sip from your camelbak or gatorade, your stamina doesn't recharge as quick and you take slight health damage (minimal, because its simple dehydration, but if prolonged, you have to find some shade and take off your blouse and boots).

Then every match after that your dude has to wear a red tag on his boot and a medic pulls you aside every so often to force you to drink water. Oh, and a voice simulating your SL or TL shouts at you to "drink water ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!" every 10 minutes.

Thought you were gonna be interesting and throw in some buttstuff, but you didn't. Shame.

Kid, I haven't breathed automatically in years, every breath I take is a victory over my own mortality ever since some clever trickster once said to me "you are now breathing manually", so why don't you get off your high horse.
