ONLY join server which say "new player friendly" etc.
You ruin the game for urself and for everyone playing with you by joining the wrong servers/squads.
Than this new guy kept ignoring my orders, and walked the map randomly and kept requesting vehicle claims... Because he kept respawning on main instead of the HAB or my Rally....
I get it that people are new, but they should know that this isn't Battlefield.
Squad more than doubled its playerbase, it is noob mayhem everywhere, every server. Completely unplayable right now.
Like with every sale squad has new players, which is good for the health of the game.
Problem is that those players are inexperienced until they actualy PLAY the game.
They can't learn to play if they're all locked into the same server, it takes time for the player base to adjust again.
I give it 2 months before you can play as before again.
i dont want every server to be locked but i at leaste want SOME.
wait 2 months? how fcking stupid is that?! Just bring ranks like every single other multiplayer game, whoever veteran has fun teaching them can then do it, but those who do not would have had at least some servers to still play the game on properly.
Dont start with this topic again. Pls, its shortsided and ALWAYS will lead to more situations like we have now. And I dont like cheaters...
If you want to learn a language you stick to those who are able to talk, not to those who are learning by themselves.. This only leads to an drift into a different gamementality and this is what you want to prevent from happening...
Splitting is worse then combining. You for one was there too when you started. So give others the chance you ve had too
How exactly would that lead to more situations like this?
And y, noone likes cheaters, what does that has to do with the topic anyways?
If anything some rank locked servers would filter out newly created cheater accounts and give more integrity in that regard?
y, but i had a mic, took my time to watch youtube guides AND most importantly i was only playing noob friendly servers. I was "accepting" the community rules, but the problem is right now you have SO many noobs who dont have a clue about them or do not care at all.
It is not about "spliting" its about ensuring a decent player experience for all skillevels. Literally 90% of multiplayer games do exactly that and for good reason.
I had 2 games in my last session where 5 of the guys in my squad said it's their first game ever.
I'm seeing about 2 squads each game where the SL doesn't have an SL kit and at least one other squad with a first time SL.
I'd say it's an unprecedented influx of new players.
As for the topic, all good points.
