Can you remove the toggle aim for infantry guns?

I literally can't play without having to hold right click to aim. It absolutely grinds my gears theres no way in the settings, that Ive seen, to be able to aim how I'd like to.

Who the hell will hold right click to aim? It's not even good, and it puts you on disadvantage due to the realistic zoom-in time. Toggle aim > holding aim in any FPS
