Admin Command to Remove Staging Phase
Currently when I'm in training mode (offline) and change the map to Gorodok there doesn't appear to be a command that lets me set the staging phase to 0 seconds.

Does anyone know a method of disabling the staging phase so there isn't a 120 seconds idle time where vehicle engines don't start?
