Full Texture Loading?

When I turned it on my game crashed, and now refuses to launch at all.

i've had some issues with that thing too. Although my game started but many textures where missing like water, and wheels on trucks.

Not sure what you can do, i think going into your appdata folder and deleting the whole squad folder should reset the settings. But before that if you haven't already tried do the Verify game content on steam then do that first.

That option is performance intensive, best to leave it off

the description is a bit confusing for me. Do you know if you JUST need 4gb, or is it +4gb (6 or 8) and 4gb would be considered the absolute minimum? And thus not run that great if you only have 4gb? Actually making it a bad idea to enable if you only have 4gb.

it's not talking about your RAM. It's referring to your GPU VRAM. AFAIK, it switches the texture streaming from using your RAM to your VRAM, or something along that line.

Yeah i know it's VRAM, and ok that could kinda make sense. Hmm i'm trying a few things with the ini files and will try every now and then to enable or disable it to see if i find something interesting.

As far as I can see in the appdata folder theres no option in the config for you to change in there. Maybe a delete will fix but other than that a full re-installation may be needed.
