G3 ranged sights suck

The G3 in game now is pretty good, that is except for the 200-400 meter ranged sights. The 100 meter sights are fine but all of the other ranges have about 12 pixels for you to find and shoot your enemy.

I’m not asking for magic here, it’s just a quality of life thing.

ACHUALLY with your eye right up to the apeture the fov on peep sights isn't bad at all.
Idk if any games make sights transparent like they are if you have two eyes open.
I think it would be more realistic and feel better in the game if you had a bit more area around the front post to see.

Any tips on using g3? I can’t see ♥♥♥♥ through those sights especially with the heavy recoil.

They're bad, but not unusable. If it was too easy to aim the gun would be too strong. Given it does as much damage as the SVD and is full auto.

Regardless, best you can do is see the front sight hood.

I use this gun on a daily basis and u should be thankful they didnt place the standard 200 meter sight. its a little ball. u cant see crap close range. AN excellent weapon non the less.

i think iron sights are one of the most difficult thing to implement correctly in an FPS.

i Just use the no scoped one i dont know why but i do alot more kills with unscoped versions of weapons i guess you focus more on the things around you rather then screening the area for enemys

Yah...as SL or medic I prefer the irons cause it forces me to focus more on the role and less on the pew pew.
