Full Screen Issues

i put my game in full screen and now i cant get back into the settings, it only allows my mouse to go half way across the screen.... how do i get it back to window screen.. i have deleted the game and re-installed it and it kept the full screen setting.. has anyone had this issue or know how to get out the full screen setting...

I had to play around with my display settings in windows when this happened to me, change the resolution of your screen from there then load the game up , Keep doing this until you find a resolution that allows you to get back into settings. If you want the game on full screen choose the bordered setting. Hope this helps you out.

Find the game in your library and right click
Select properties
Select launch options
Type -windowed in the command line

This way the game will always launch in windowed mode
I prefer playing full screen, but the game does not boot when in fullscreen mode after exit.
This was the only way I could get back in.
I have to reapply the fullscreen setting every time, but what can you do? Such a simple thing still not fixed...

Find the game in your library and right click
Select properties
Select launch options
Type -windowed in the command line

you can go into the game settings and on display set it as borderless

P.S.A. something no one is mentioning, when they're talking about finding the game and changing the properties, go through the steam library and right click on the game in steam and go to properties.
