game balance perspective, the US shouldnt be able to get 30mm BTRs and even past that the maps like OP firstlight only has a few vehicles imagine one team got them all

I can foresee a lot of teamkilling also.

Even this is a stretch:
Perhaps irregular forces should be able to hijack "simpler" vehicles like MRAPs or logistical trucks. If the motor is on.

But in general no, no, no... Because this isn't Battlefield or Call of Duty where everyone and their grandmother is trained on every single moving vehicle known to man. Regardless if it's on your side or not.
Even beyond, you wouldn't imagine anyone, especially regular soldiers/marines/etc, being so foolish and ready to be reprimanded over something as reckless as manning enemy materiel in condition red.

Would be a massive problem if one side stole the other team's vehicles and ended up with all vehicles. Combine that with the noobs who leave vehicles lying around and suddenly the enemy could be fielding 4 armoured vehicles in one area... Not fun for everyone and punishes 20+ players for one squad who leaves the mrap lying round...

agree with all preposters, would be realistic in one way, but would ♥♥♥♥ up the game bigtime

Maybe your team only has the keys to your teams vehicles and none of you know how to hotwire...

You can use enemy emplacements. Including mortars and DSHK from an enemy FOB. But enemy vehicles are off limits.

should be allowed
Koma Feb 9, 2018 @ 7:36am
Realisticly its not so hard to jump to jeeps trunk and press the trigger.
Imagine theres a BTR coming your way and you have a insurgent jeep with DSHK'a or AT launcher.. you aint gonna man it? Just because its not made in USA?

It honestly should be allowed, It's one of the things that's always bugged me about this game is that you can't capture enemy vehicles.
Mıkı Feb 9, 2018 @ 8:05am
Yeah, you shouldn't be able to ride it, but you should be able to use the weapons, at least on the "simple" vehicles like pick-ups.

That bugs me too.. i would like also to grab the Weapons of the Enemys.. its unrealistic too but they allready said it wont implent.

Well it is simple.
You do not have the license.
