PPSh - 41 Drum or Stick Magazine
What is the diffrence?
More Ammo in Drum? Does it decrase my accurary if i use Drum over Stick?

besides ammo capacity (maybe reload time too) I am not sure

There is no "accuracy" in squad. there is only bullet drop. where ever you're aiming provided you account for the drop, you will always hit at the center of your aiming point...

I swear I read a dev claimed there is a small deviation regarding round impact vs point of aim

There isn't. They said that it was potentially an upcoming feature on Reddit if my memory serves correct. Wish there was, it'd help with the ACOG and m4 spam that is playing against teh US Army lol

That was way long ago, by one dev, and the kabosh was put on it by smarter devs who know that their core playerbase can actually aim at what they want to hit.
