Team Balance is getting worse.
With more new than old players. Team balance is becoming an issue. Because from round to round on a server it seems that ether you are on the team that ALWAYS win or ALWAYS lose. The reason for this, I speculate, is that the side doing well. Have people sticking around, but the losing side lose guys over time, including the few good ones, and in turn also get all the noobs connecting afterwards.

Some type of team balance between rounds should be considered.

Would be nice for matchmaker to swap players based on squad scores and not personal score. That way squads can stick together if they want, but overall will help with some balance.

No. This is common topic every sale every year. Play few years this game and you will understand why this doesnt fit in this game. May be in other FPS yes. But there its not. See you next year if you will be around, i bet you will agree with me.

Force new players to take squad roles from you and teach them how to play.

Yes it is a real problem with balance. Shuffling might help a little but the best solution is always clans spotting the imbalance and moving accordingly. It is in everyone's best interest to keep the balance unless if you just want to skip the map.

the game needs a hidden mmr

hours played+(average score last 3 games)=hidden mmr

a way for players to group up

balancing out the hidden mmr between matches

a way for server owners to disable it

this is literally the biggest issue in the game, i have only played 2 times in the last week because of this. the first day i switched to the obviously better team, and won every game for 8 hours strait. last night i went on another server, decided to stick it out with original team and lost every game for 3.5 hours strait. All the games both days were not even close

matches do seem to be more one sided than they were pre steam sale, we should see an improvement in 3 weeks but I would love to see a balancing system so I know what servers to avoid and have a greater chance of having those epic within 5 ticket games

When patches drop veteran player numbers spike. When sales drop then veteran player numbers drop and/or become diluted. Game needs some built in player resources that explain things and help them conquer the game knowledge curve.

Again. You cant force to split clan. And if clan ussually see that one side is "overclans" and therforee its steamroll its gentle habit that some of them swap side. Its about people. Again dont try force people by programatic low. It create bad thing with humans. They are weaker after that. There is many real life example which prove that. Also one of game challenge is to accept that team lost. Try harder. Play smarter. Even best clans are able to beat because of brain. Players dont need some excellent reflexes in shooting. Like Legionar from Dota2 say. "If I cant beat them, I will outsmart them" and in Squad you can type it in concreat. This is gold rule.
And well even squad full of 1000+ hours players will not change game much. Its 9 men from 40. Also hours says nothing. I know players which have thousands hours and have pretty same performance like with 100 hours. only difference is that they stoped complain, they become chill and they stoped do stupid things in game. Well exceptions are still avaiable. Biggest leasson in this game is personal and surprisely they are avaiable in real life also. This game is usefull at more levels than relax.

By the way in v15 will be ingame tutorial. Prerelease patch log is avaiable at official web site. So there will be basic knowledge for everyone.

The problem is too many noobs taking on the SL position without experience cause there is a short supply of good leaders. Losing can be fun when there is actually teamwork and SL's communicating with each other. When there is a form of tug of war going on. Getting base raped because no one built a FOB or they built only one on front cap is not fun. The moment the whole team has to spawn at main again, you've lossed basically unless the enemy makes a mistake

I can accept that I lost once. But to lose again and again, map after map because my team is purely incapable of putting up a fight is rather tiresome dont you agree? If I could somehow influence the team to play better I would but communication these days is a waste of time.
