Refunding squad.

The maximum you need to refund a game is 2 hours (keep that in mind) I played squad it was super hard and it was not the type of game in the 3 hour gameplay I had. And I tried refunding it but I could not. :( I only had (1) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hour more to refund it. Please I just want my $ back :c I dont want a game to be sitting down on my steam library and I will ONLY play it once a week when my friend is on :(

Not true.

Open an actual support ticket with steam, not an automated refund request and they will refund your purchase.

Does it hurt to try? or just revel in ignorance like these other fools.

Go to account name, (Edit: the account name listed on the top right corner then drop down to account details) then purchase history, select the transaction, then select, "I have question about this purchase" and copy any paste what you stated here in the window.

Then go ahead and update this thread once you have your money back and let the fools know how it works.

This. Steam has been known to refund people who have gone over th two hours before. Especially since you are under 4 hours I'm sure they will issue the refund.

This is the exception. Many of games that would otherwise require you to play more than 2 hours to have a play experince can still be refunded over the 2h play period.

Did you try to refund in cash, or to your steam wallet? They tend to be more lenient with the refunds if you refund directly to your steam wallet.

I went through this exact process with arma 3, $150 later it is indeed there sitting untouched, and pressing the refund button endlessly with well written and reasonable reasons (all true) along with some that were rathr explative filled (heh) did not hlp. Odds are you will be stuck with squad but dont worry you can in fact play squad unlkie arma 3 which is roleplay altis life sim crap not even a war game which I bought it for unless you get a clan.


Either way your stuck with it but at least squad is solo playable to have as much fun, make in game friends to play with or just solo.
