HELP!!! Squad won't launch

I have played Squad for over 100 hrs and a few days ago it when I press play the game seems to launch fine, the squad logo appears and after it's gone and I expect the game to start, nothing happens.
The green highlighted avatar on the bottom right just turns blue. There is nothing in the task manager in regards to Squad.

I've disabled all firewalls and other protections, verified integrity of the files, re installed game, restarted PC and Steam, disabled FRAPS and MSI afterburner and ran as administrator. I also have the latest NVIDIA drivers.

I don't believe it was the recent update because I've been playing on that update since it came out. It just happened out of nowhere, and I haven't been able to play.

Try not to open the task manager (it can stop the launch for some reason) and wait at least 5 minutes after you started the game.

Task manager is not the issue. I just checked it when the game wouldn't launch.

I get a crash or a hang sometimes switching between screens/windows ... I tend to launch it and let it do its thing for 3 mins without touching the keyboard or anything else....

Hey guys, It's working now. What I did was I restarted the computer, but before it closed out the final apps, I cancelled the restart process, and now I can play the game.

I narrowed it down to MSI Afterburner. I'm guessing that it was the Rivatuner software that didn't shut down and was still working in the background, and the restart process closed it down.

This doesn't make sense though. I have been using it since I started playing this game, and haven't made any updates to it. Anyway the game works fine now.

delete reinstall check files still wont start what is going on 500hrs on this game and this is the first time for me the crashing
