Click bait title. SOMETHING needs to be done about this and its a hard problem to solve. You have battles and servers that last 2 hours and experienced players can determine a fob without a map. Once a streamer opens map its game over and people flank the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing like nothing.

It gives players a bad name who like to fob hunt by themselves. You get admins who just remove them. In fear of a stream snipe. The weekend will open up alot of streamers and people will just snipe. It gets to the point i dont play squad when people stream.

Solution for you streamers, record matches and stream them after. This game died when that was happening.

They just need to add a simple overlay ( Streamers themselves ) can be even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ picture, that solves all the issues, I know they can't just switch everytime they're looking at their map, but with inmature kids ghosting, thats the only way.

Banning the streamers is not doing anything because they`ll just get a new account given to them anyway ( followers/ fans ).

The best "solution" for streamers is to add a delay to your stream. Streaming and streaming services allow to delay the stream data. That solves short term stream sniping. About the grand scale, there is nothing that can be done but I honestly dont think this is a big issue. The enemy usually figures out where a position is fairly quick. The biggest task is to actually do something useful with that information.

Apart from that I also think that this is just a "problem" for popular streamers since It is unlikely that somebody watches a random streamer and gets actually in the position to really exploit that informaion in Squad.

The overall majority of streamers are not doing it as a job and they do not earn a cent with it. Some people simply like to show games to friends or another audience.

Servers are community driven so they'd just find a different server (or rent their own), but I don't see anything wrong with a server owner wanting to set rules or limitations on streaming. They could completely disallow it or they could require a delay, but with a game like Squad you'd need a pretty big delay.
