" Invalid Auth Token "

This game is starting to get on my nerves to be honest.

I checked the integrity of my files.

I restarted the game over and over.

And even unistalled.

And when I do all that, I still can't even connect to a server. And now it's throwing terms like " Invalid Auth Token " at me now.

I fear I can't come back until they make a performance update. I want to play, but it seems Squad doesn't want to for me.

And it used to run so well, even compared to Arma 3 for me!

What does this even mean?

Have you tried restarting your machine? If I remember correctly the invalid auth token is a bad steam session.

Well, I'm sorry to say.

But after restarting my computer, I tried to get into a server as suggested. I was stuck loading that server, for what may very well have been 20 minutes I believe ( it didn't feel like it, but looking back on it, it seems time flew like crazy while I was waiting for it to load ).

I then restarted Squad, and joined a server again. It crashed Squad, after loading for about 15 minutes, as I said I was waiting patiently for a long while without even knowing it . . .

I hate to say it, but after attempting to get this game to work for about a week or so it won't work for me at all.

Friday night I tried to get it working, didn't work, then I decided to try it on Sunday, but didn't work then either. Tried it last night, also didn't work.

I don't want to come off as rude, but I don't think I'm coming back for a while maybe not until these issues are ironed out. Because there is no point in me staying only to try, I'm sorry.

Try disabling your anti virus,

I have gotten this issue quite a few times too. Usually i just close squad, reopen it and i can join a server again.

I could try later I guess, but personally I doubt it's that.

Got exactly the same problem: Invalid Auth token; Server connection lost; other stuff like that.
Actually, I did the same things: Restarting game\computer; Reinstalling game\steam; Reinstalling drivers\Redistributables; All goes to the only result: 15-35 min connection to server, then game crashes or cancels loading and shows window like: Invalid Auth token.
I thought that I'm the one who has issues, because all servers are almost full and even queued..
Well, before this update the game was one of the most precise battlefield simulators for me.
Now it's just... just a loading screen... That's sad. From FR to SUN I've succeeded loading only once, but my map was bugged: no symbols, info on the map except it's own image.

If it makes any difference to this thread, I got it working after coming back to this game from a month or two long break. I'll keep this thread up in case anyone else has this up and has answers to those who have issues, for me though it was probably the PC acting up and reseting maybe helped.

Try a an update for you network drivers. I know some people on the forums had this issue and this resolved it for them. Try reinstalling EAC, or even Squad it self.

ive had this issue before but simply retrying to join server works for me. i dont recall ever having to re-install squad.

A year on, and this issue still persists.

Very sadly since V12, I get kicked from the server between 5 min - 30 min after logging in.
My internet is stable btw.
I've tried everything
-uninstalling reinstalling the game
-cleared cache
-verify files
-turned off anti virus
-deleting the Engine.pak file
-reinstalling the Easy Anti-Cheat
-run the game as Administrator

I've tried all the above.
Any suggestions welcome.

I can't join servers as well. Reinstalled the game, verified the files, restarted the computer, restarted steam etc etc. Afraid V12 is a bust at the moment which is a shame - looked like it could have been a breath of fresh air. Hopefully they can fix it but I think I will wait until they do some bugfixing or a maybe just until V13.
