Both 1st AB (EU/US based) and Squad Op's (US/EU based) are great milsim units from my experience.

Ah so thats why there is 10 mates around, 1 single enemy pushes me kills me and then they all die 2 seconds later?
Makes sense.

Would prefer to play with newbies than a bunch of ppl that cannot aim nor think strategically yet are military wannabe, not to mention these type of ppl usually entitled af specially the ones considering themselves veterans after 100 hours of gameplay or worse the ones with 4 digits and still no clue how to play.

Dont believe me? Play any server, note the names of the ones talking the most then watch when the game ends the stats.
