How to play as a squad leader?

Good afternoon. I have never played as a squad leader, but with some time I understood, what it's one of most interesting roles. But I don't know all tips. Can someone explain me, please, next moments: 1). How can I build structures? When I press T, it shows me the choice, what to do, and some numbers. Like, for making Fob I need 300 scores... 2). Does every action in building coasts scores points, hundreds of them, which squad must collect to use ? 3). How to use mortars? 4). How to use supplies and why do I need them?

for motars you need a FOB set up. Then, if you have the resources (use logi truck to supply FOB), you can construct emplacements such as a mortar. max range on a mortar is 1250 meters, check your map for best locations. Each set of 3 rounds costs a significant amount of AMMO resource, which can be replenished through time or Logi supply run.

To use mortar you 1st need to set a green waypoint marker on the map. That will give you the Bearing (North 345 degrees). IGNORE the range it gives you on the botton of your screen when you are not looking at map. Use the Map Grids to get the range.

Then just aim and shoot with mortar.
