Hey CerealMatter,

I'm part of a community called TAW, we are a diverse community with over 850 members worldwide including former and active servicemen & women. We have weekly games where roughly 30 of us get together and play Squad (Saturday @ 19:00 UK time & Tuesday 18:30). Our focus is on accountability, teamwork and communication. We treat all players with respect and we expect members to uphold the same standards.

Our members range from experienced players to people that have never played before, we have a lot of good people that can help you learn how to play and are always willing to share their knowledge.

We also have a group that play Arma regularly which you are welcome to play with, should you be interested!

As part of our onboarding process, we have a short 15 minute "bootcamp" where we run through details about our community, how we work etc. But no tedious basic training :)

If you're looking for a great Squad community to come hang out and learn, 1stRB is perfect for you. We're a dedicated group structured after a Marine Battalion with players from all walks of life coming together to chill and enjoy a game of Squad together. We have a strong contingent of veteran and current service members, and welcome everyone to come check us out.

We offer weekly trainings on all aspects of the game, with Basic Boot Camp, General Range Training, and Basic Squad Leading serving as the backbone for getting new recruits into the flow of Squad and playing at a solid level. On top of that, we offer specialized trainings such as Heli Training, Armor Training, LAT/HAT Training, and more at various skill levels to help mold you into a complete Squad player.

We also partner with various other communities to plan fun events besides just scrims and pub matches. From 1-life events to multi-week objective-based campaigns, we usually offer up as many as 3 events on the weekends for people to sign up and have a blast with other 1stRB members.

If you enjoy competition, we also field a competitive Squad team that is always on the lookout for candidates. We recruit from all skill levels and build them up to a competitive standard. If that's something that interests you then feel free to let us know!

Reapers Regiment

Squad clan that focuses on providing a balanced and enjoyable gaming experience for its members. We welcome both new and experienced players who are interested in learning and improving their skills in the game Squad.

The Clan aims to provide a mix of serious gameplay and a casual atmosphere, allowing players to have fun while also engaging in tactical gameplay. We offer various training programs and courses to help members enhance their abilities in different roles within the game.

Some of the specific training programs they provide include
Basic Combat Training (BCT)
Pilot School for those interested in flying vehicles
Squad Leadership School to develop leadership skills
Air Assault Training for specialized combat tactics
Marksmen course to improve accuracy and precision.

In addition to our training programs, Reapers Regiment also organizes Biweekly game events that feature different activities such as car races, helicopter aerial battles, outpost defense, and more. These events provide opportunities for members to participate in unique and entertaining gameplay scenarios.

I think our little group might be worth a look for you ;-)
In short, we're a small group of players, where most are between 30-40 years old. We enjoy a variety of games, and most of us come from a gaming background in the Arma series, or other tactical FPS games. Currently we are running Zeus based PvE ops on our Squad server, and a good deal of the players are new to Squad just like you.

We're a pretty laid back group, and don't have any requirements in terms of times per week you need to show up, or amount of hours you have to put into a game. We're all about having fun, while still trying to play in a somewhat tactical manner.
