My GPU goes to 80 degrees in this game
Hello community, just bought this game and Im having trouble playing the game on ultra because my gpu temperature goes to 80 celsius. No other game does that to me only this one, what could I do besides lowering the graphics? My drivers are latest and im on gtx 760 with 3 fans

That seems pretty normal. Mine goes up around 110 celcius. I am pretty sure that's fine but if you are worried you need to google the heat threshold for that GTX 760.

gpu are supposed to be hot 80 is nothing.,
Max temp for a 760 is 97C so 80 C is fine, 110 however i wouldn't consider normal or healthy for your gpu at all not even for a short session.

Still seeing it rise so much bugs me, no other game does that on ultra

Ya you need a TITAN to run this game

Do not get a TITAN, That is the biggest waste of money, I have a GTX 980TI an i am running it on ultra, just cant get the MP to work... You need a better Graphics card, sorry bro but the 760 is way out of date, at the rate GPU 's are being upgraded again.

80°C is "fine", it won't cause any damage even in long-term. Though it all depends on how good is the cooler and how You set the software for it.

The 760 is no where near out of date. Its not top of the line but no where close to out of date. If it is then is my 780ti out of date? Considering i still run 99% games at max settings at 1440p i dont think so.

Yea Gtx 760 is certainly not out of date, I can still play new games on ultra except anti aliashing and still get 60 fps. This game on ultra gives me good fps no laggs at all but the temperature is so high i have never seen it before.

Your gpu is supposed to run at 80C dont worry about that. The 7&9 series overclock themselves until they hit that 80C threshold. Nothing to worry about. My 780ti runs around 77. What cooler you run also has an impact. If its reference especially

If it bothers you just download MSI Afterburner and turn up your fans

Thats the problem, when my GPU goes to 80 degrees the fans are so loud I can clearly hear them even with my headphones on
