Servers not showing?

Game says steam is currently offline and won't show any servers, although steam is functioning as intended. Worked fine like 10 minutes ago, now it's broken. Happened for the first time since the new update.

The only way I found around this is setting the filter for ping time to Infinity... all servers show up with a ping of 9,999. but at least they show up... you just have to remember what ones are near.

For me it was solved by clearing cache, but it deletes your controlls settings, and everything. This sucks
