Constant timeout / Ping 9999 on Linux

Trying to setup Squad on Gentoo Linux (~amd64) using Proton (Experimental, GE 9.2, GE 9.5).
Fixed issue with EAC by compiling sys-libs/glibc with hash-sysv-compat flag.

First my server browser was empty because all servers have 9999 ping, most notable string in logs about this is:

Tried to join any server several time, but it fails with "Connection timed out" error everytime, log also shows that handshake process is restarted often
