Black screen upon launch

Game has been completely fine until recently, now when I launch I get to the black screen with the three dots in the bottom right and Im stuck loading forever. idk what to do

experiencing this too. I've reinstalled multiple times but still get that infinite black loading screen.

I have the exact same problem, and it seems I'm not alone in this. Since we're not the only one's I'm sure it'll get addressed and fixed... RIght?

I was doing some reading, I came across a solution for some including me. They said sometimes if you have mods for squad and low storage that it will cause the game to not load. I had under 5GB of storage left and mods. I simply deleted some games, cleared about 150GB of storage and then validated my game files through steam and the game booted right up. Idk if this works for all but thought Id share.

Another solution here: Try rolling back your graphics card to an earlier version. I did this and it worked for me.

I have had the same issue since december; removing mods, clearing some space on the HDD, and trying various driver versions have all had no effect.

If you have joined a mod-enabled server, try to redownload that (workshop) content or unsubscribe it.
