I can't launch the game. (EasyCheat successfully installed.)

When I launch squad_launcher.exe from the installation directory (...\Steam\steamapps\common\Squad\), it crashes with the following error message:

The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I would suggest that you try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and 2015:

Hmm... restarting the PC seems to have solved this. Now a new problem: It takes about 5 minutes for the game to launch.
