after update squad dedicated server cannot be joined anymore. Ping 9999

Hey, my squad dedicated server has been working fine for ages, after the update
I become disconnected from queue and the ping is constantly at 9999.
I changed the ports, didn't help.
The server log says:
updatesession: sucessfully updated session gamesession with ID xxx
Using host IP from EOS_override_host_ip: 0000
session gamesession is being set as listening in the applyconnectionsettingstomodficiationhandle function as listening addresses are available.

The server log also says:
IPV6 connectivitity failed, timeout, but I have only an IPV4 address.

Does anyone have an idea?

now I can join from the LAN, but nobody from the Internet can join the server, the ping ist still at 9999, once I join it, it shows, for me, 16 ms.

you have to open additional port 15000 UDP for EOS in both Windows firewall and your Router.

for dedicated servers outside of your LAN the fix seems to be PPPoE. However that won't work with a dedicated server inside your LAN. My server still has the 9999 ping issue but can be joined by everyone.
