Audio only in left ear.

The sound of my footsteps and other environmental audio only come through my left ear, but my own gunfire comes through both ears.

Already tried to verify the game files, didn't work.
Already tried to reinstall the game, didn't work.

im having this problem to and have found a fix yet, i can hear squad chat, music and some other things through both ears, but local chat, explosions, gunfire, vehicles and other things only com out of one ear
