Mouse Input Delayed

When using the in-game cursor (menu/ map/ ect.) there is a delay in the cursors response to me moving my mouse. It's not a new update bug as I've had this problem for a while; however, the delay is slightly longer in the new version. I've changed in-game graphics and control settings; added more to fps cap; changed mouse dpi and native input sensitivity; resolution of the game (monitor, and gpu); did all clearance actions (delete temp files, flush dns sequence including winsock reset); changed internet connections; tried different USB ports and mice; and changed application priority. The issue only occurs in "Squad". Still occurs when overclocking any PC aspect.

Only Workshop mod installed is "Canadian Armed Forces" (delete and re download doesn't fix)

"Game Mode" and "Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling" are toggled On (off doesn't help); issue still occurs regardless if Squads "Graphics Performance Preference" is set to High Performance (or any other). Turning off, or having one on of, Xbox Gamebar Overlay and Steam in-game overlay does not help.

PC is connected to 32.5" Phillips TV via hdmi (tried different cords and tv ports).

My physical PC screen goes black when intensive applications/ games are running. I'm not sure if this helps but it's the only (known) hardware problem/ malfunction I have. (Screen is still intractable, just not visible. No known performance related effects)

Mouse and keyboard are run through Logitech G Hub. No updates available; selected profile does not fix issue; and I've messed around with every setting I could find. On board profile selection or activation don't fix problem either. Both Drivers updated and are "Working Properly".

- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU
- 16 gb 2x8 @2400 MHz DDR4 Sodimm
- 1 tb SSD WD Blue
- Windows 10 Home x64

All drivers are functional and up to date. No windows update. No other applications open (though game performance doesn't drop when there are). I recently factory wiped my PC, but the issue persisted into the new download (pretty sure this means the problem is specific to me but I'm not sure). There's about 400 GB free space left on hard drive. I scrolled through Task Manager checking active processes while in-game, nothing out of the ordinary and no spikes/ excessive use in any Performance fields. The only startup applications activated are Intel Command Center (no impact), and Windows Security (Medium impact). No virus detections (or signs thereof).

Between Nvidia Ge Force Experience and Nvidia Control Panel, I've changed/ mixed any setting I could find (to my knowledge and variations). No updates available.

Fast Start-Up is off (On does not fix issue).

Bios - Virtualization is off (On does not fix). I don't know other current settings off the top of my head, but I can figure out if needed.

Random: Charging brick is near a window and never get excessively hot. PC has bottom plate removed and is elevated to allow for better airflow. Wifi connection averages 15 MBps download (new wifi adapter chip installed). No active VPN's.

I've had no luck resolving this issue (again, only occurs in Squad) so if anyone can help I would appreciate it. If you need to know anything else feel free to ask.

If you're still having this issue, try playing the game in full screen mode instead of borderless. I had delay in borderless but full screen fixed it for me.
