How to reset/refresh graphics while in game

So from time to time, when starting a new match usually, my graphics glitch to a low res blurry mess. The only fix I've found is to exit the game and restart. Is there any in game fix I can try. Thanks. (PS Not a tech head, please explain like to a 4 year old)
