UI Glitch/Resolution (maybe)

So i encountered some odd glitch that i find very annoying. It is a UI glitch it glitches my weapons slots out of the screen. The only ones i can see are the first one and second one on the bottom right. When i go to the Firing Range that problem seems to go away and all i can see all my weapons slots from 1 to 6. i don't know for sure how to fix it. I think it has someting to do with the Resolution though. I've tried to uninstall the game two times and when i switch to a higher resolution the glitch persists.

Are you playing on 1280x1024?

I tried playing in all resolutions to test this. I like to play in the highest resolution but it keeps glitching
