Still getting stuck in vehicles / unable to use interaction wheel in vehicles.

So its been a while since I've played due to having lots of issues with vehicles, Just came back today and still having weird issues. Using the default "F" interact key to get in vehicles, and what not, I can enter just fine, but when in vehicles if I hold F to exit, or to drop supplies, etc, it freaks out and just repeats the interaction circle over and over and makes a quick repeated clicking sound, I also checked and no other actions are bound with the default "F" interaction key. If I change seats and try again its the same thing. Also, I cannot start the engine or anything like that, it just stutters out and keeps restarting the action

UPDATE: I did just notice if I change interact from the default, or add an alternative key (such as comma) I can use the secondary key to get out, but not the main "F" interaction key.
