Would running it in DX12 also improve performance? Insurgency Sandstorm when running DX11 has simliar stuttering issues, but on DX12 they disappear with a noticeable bump in FPS too.
Tried it out, about 3 matches on Fallujah - and the FPS is significantly better and I am getting a lot less stutter - though it is still there whenever I pan around too fast.
I also tried it with DX12, it made minimal FPS difference but it did reduce the draw time by half. Walked around and shot stuff on Jensen's Range, without DX12 my draw times hovered around 7-12ms depending on where I looked. With it enabled it never went over 6ms anywhere. I don't think anyone would notice a 6ms latency reduction in most games, but a interesting find nonetheless.
