Squad 4:3 Aspect Ratio MapUI Problems

I like to play on 1440 x 1080 for most fps games. On squad when you open up the 'enter' menu while on a 4:3 (or any other non 16:9 res) the font is too small/large and you can't place map markers as squad leader. The marker menu appears offset from you cursor and is really annoying if you're trying to place an accurate mark.
