All EAC Games crashing at launch, error 10011

All of my EAC games (Squad/PostScriptum/RS2:Vietnam) have been crashing the last few days right after EAC tries to load. It fails to start the game and I get the message:
"Launch error
The operation identifier is not valid"
and an error code 10011.
Anyone else having this issue?
